Family Registration Scholarships
Family scholarship funding for registration may become available (limit of two per family). Additional information is provided on the Scholarship Form. Mail in completed form, (Make check or money order payable to University of Missouri, include credit card number or copy of purchase order).

Cancellation Policy:
We will refund your registration fee if the MU Conference Office receives your written request by March 30, 2012. You are responsible for payment on purchase orders unless cancelled in writing by March 30, 2012. We will make no refunds after this date, but substitutions are welcome.

By registering, you give your permission to distribute your name and contact information to conference attendees and vendors. If you prefer not to be included in these distributed lists, include a written request with your registration for your contact information to be omitted.
