*All students will be required to show a valid and current University ID at registration. Post-Docs will need to provide a letter from their University stating that they are a Post-Doc student. If neither are provided at registration, full registration will be required onsite.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING THE MOSS 2009 CONFERENCE:
The annual international meeting for experimental moss research, Moss 2009 (see http://biology4.wustl.edu/moss/moss2009/) is being held in St. Louis immediately before IPMB, and we are offering a special registration price for those that register for both conferences. You must first register for the MOSS conference in order to take advantage of the IPMB registration discount. Visit the MOSS website for more details.
Moss 2009 will provide you with the latest results of research using this important model system. Many of the contributions will describe work exploiting Physcomitrella's high frequency of gene targeting.
- SPECIAL NOTE FOR SYMPOSIA SPEAKERS: If you are a scheduled symposia speaker DO NOT register online. A separate registration form has been emailed to you. If you have misplaced that, please email ipmb2009@missouri.edu.
- All registration fees are stated in US currency.
- When registering online, or by fax, you must do so by using a credit card.
- When printing out your registration form and mailing a check, all funds must be drawn on a US bank in US currency.
- Pay special attention to the refund deadlines. No refunds will be provided for any reason after September 25, 2009. Prior to September 25th, all requests for cancellations must be made in writing. A $75 processing fee will be charged.
- Registration DOES NOT include your hotel accommodations. Please visit the accommodations link (http://www.ipmb2009.org/Accommodations.html) to reserve your room.
- You may book tours during the Congress from the following link: http://www.ipmb2009.org/Tours.html. Separate charges apply and will be reflected separately on your credit card statement.

- If you are a University of Missouri faculty, staff, or student using a MoCode to pay your registration fees, please pay attention to the fifth instruction below.
- WIRE TRANSFERS: All payments must be made in US funds. If you do not have a US bank check, you may send the registration fee by a wire transfer. For details on how to send a wire transfer please contact Emily Mangano at the MU Conference Office by e-mail (manganoe@missouri.edu), phone (1-866-682-6663) or fax (1-573-882-1953). If you do not receive a faxed confirmation letter after sending your wire transfer, please follow up by contacting the MU Conference Office prior to the meeting. DO NOT leave for the meeting without your confirmation. A wire transfer fee will be applied to each transaction.
Student Registration Assistance
The deadline to request student financial assistance has passed. All those who submitted a request will be notified by early September.
The MU Conference Office accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.
For those who wish to send payment by check, please have the check drawn on a US bank payable to University of Missouri and mail it to the address shown above.
The registration fee includes:
one copy of the conference abstracts, a conference program
and tote bag, Monday - Friday lunches, all morning and afternoon breaks, and Sunday evening opening reception.
