The 8th International Ruminant Reproduction Symposium will be held September 3 to 7, 2010 at the Hilton Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. The International Ruminant Reproduction Symposium is the most prestigious international conference on ruminant reproduction. The conference is held once every four years with the most-recent conferences held in Wellington, New Zealand (2006), The Crieff Hydro Hotel, Scotland (2002), and Colorado Springs, USA (1998). The symposium will emphasize current knowledge and state of the art information on topics relevant to a variety of ruminants. At the last symposium (2006), there were 215 delegates from around the world including Europe, the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Asia, and South Africa.
