Registration deadline for MEAL tickets is Tuesday, April 26th at noon, CST.
Walk-up registration for other conference events
is available throughout the conference.

All participants who plan to take part in the majority of the conference must register. Please do so as soon as possible since space and resources may be limited.  Registration includes conference materials, presentation of papers, refreshment breaks and admittance to the exhibitions, performances and film screenings.

MU faculty, staff and students, as well as members of the local community, will have the conference registration fees waived, but will need to complete a registration for the conference in advance.

All attendees who wish to take part in any of the meals will need to purchase meal tickets in advance during the registration process.  A lunch buffet will be offered at the Hampton Inn on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.   Participants may purchase tickets for any or all of those days.

A Cuban themed dinner with entertainment will be held Saturday, April 30th in the MU Student Center; tickets are available for $35.00 each for conference participants and guests.  You can purchase a ticket as a participant through the online registration.

If you have already registered and would like to add a meal ticket or wish to bring a guest, please call (573) 882-4370 or email with your phone number and we will call you about payment.

Students and members of the public who wish to attend only 1-2 sessions or the evening screenings are welcome to sit in without registering. Seating will be first available to those registered for the conference.  Note to instructors and others who wish to bring larger groups: registration is not required to attend 1-2 sessions. However, as a courtesy, please contact with an estimate on the number of attendees you are bringing so that we can confirm we have adequate seating.
