Registration fees include two days of sessions, conference materials and lunch on both days. Continuing Education Credits are offered for an additional fee.

|Educators are defined as those working for a school district or daycare. Those registrants in higher education should register at the professional rate.|
|School District Group Registration - Register 5||$200.00/each|
|School districts must have a minimum of 5 individuals to receive the discount. To have this rate honored, registrations forms must be submitted together via post, email or fax.|
|Full-Time University Student Rate/
|Students are defined as those attending a higher education institution full time during the current semester. Proof of full-time student status is required.|
|Continuing Education Credit||$50.00|
|ASHA, BACB, APA, as well as CE and CME credits for psychologists and physicians will be offered. Please see the Continuing Education Page for further details of credits offered and accreditation.|
How to Register:
Registration may be done online or by printing out the PDF version of the registration form and returning by mail or faxing it in. Emailed registrations will not be accepted if they contain credit card information.
Payment may be made by credit card, check (payable to the University of Missouri), purchase order or ISE. Registrations with purchase orders require that a copy of the purchase order be received within five (5) days of receipt of your registration. This includes online registrations.

When using the online registration, make your session choices for each round of breakout sessions by clicking on the appropriate session. If you are receiving CE credits, please refer to the continuing education page of the website to review which sessions are approved for your relevant area and register accordingly.
To use the fillable features of the PDF registration form:
- Open the online registration form PDF (link below)
- Save the blank registration form to your computer
- Open the registration form on your computer and fill out the form
- Re-save as completed to your computer
- Return completed registration form with payment as directed on the form. NOTE: Credit Card payments will NOT be accepted by e-mail.
Filling out the information while in the browser does NOT retain your information.
Request for refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing by September 11. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome. Send all refund requests to email@example.com.
The conference will be held regardless of weather conditions, and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. We regret that we must adhere strictly to this policy.
