Conference Information

Agenda
The Conference opens on Wednesday, April 23, for all participants. The Opening Plenary Session is scheduled for 11:30 am. The conference concludes at 1:00 pm on April 24. Registration begins at 10:00 am at the Stoney Creek Inn and Conference Center located at 2601 S.Providence Road, Columbia.

Directions to Conference Site and Hotel
From Highway 70, exit at Providence Road and head south. Pass Faurot Field and proceed to the next stop light. Turn right then follow the road around the curve on your left. Stoney Creek Inn will be on your right after approximately 1/2 mile. From 63 Highway, exit at AC exit and head west. Continue on AC/Nifong to Providence Road and turn north (right). Conference Dress
Dress for the conference is business casual. Refer to conference information travel policies for more complete details.

Hotel/Lodging
Lodging for the CPD Conference will be at Stoney Creek Inn and Conference Center, Columbia, Missouri. To make your housing reservation, complete this form and send it to Ruth Jeffries as directed below. All room reservations are on a dual-occupancy basis unless there is a reason in keeping with the American Disabilities Act that requires one to room alone. Those who want to request single occupancy based on this Act should complete this form and also the special housing request form. Send the completed special housing request form to the immediate supervisor for approval.

Dining
Meals included with registration include Wednesday lunch, breaks on Wednesday and Thursday as well as, lunch on Thursday. If you are staying at Stoney Creek Inn and Conference Center, breakfast is included in the Galley beginning at 6:30 am.
