Submissions

Researchers at all levels -- scientists, representatives from industry and government, professors, post-docs, and students who are seeking publishing opportunities for their research are encouraged to present a poster or oral paper at the ESA-NCB.

Each presenter is required to register for the Meeting in order to be considered. Registration for the ESA-NCB will be available December 1, 2008. Click here to register.

All presenters are advised to bring their presentation on a USB portable drive to be downloaded to the central presentation computer prior to your presentation.

Poster Submission:

• Posters should be limited to 4' tall by 4' wide
• Mounting material will be push pin and velcro receptive.

Podium, LCD projector and presentation computer will be available to each presenter for their presentation.

Submission for student competition, general submission and poster submission must be in by February 6, 2009
