The 2009 ESA-NCB Meeting will be held at the Hilton at the Ballpark St. Louis, located on the corner of Market Street and Broadway in the heart of the city. The hotel is just steps away from the new Busch Stadium, the Riverfront, restaurants, and all of downtown's major attractions.
Meeting participants attending the ESA-NCB Annual Meeting are responsible for making their own hotel reservations by calling the Hilton on the Ballpark St. Louis, One South Broadway, St. Louis, MO; 1-877-845-7354 or online at http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/STLBVHF-ESA-20090313/index.jhtml. Please reference the ESA-NCB Annual Meeting to receive the special rate of $129 plus tax per night for single occupancy and $139 plus tax per night for double occupancy. Reservations are guaranteed if made by February 20, 2009, and then on a space-available basis until the conference date. Complimentary interent is available in all guest sleeping rooms for the duration of the meeting.
Standard guest check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 12:00 noon.
The Hilton at the Ballpark does have valet parking in the garage attached to the hotel. Self-parking is located across the street at the Stadium East parking garage. The meeting is offered a special rate of $24 for valet parking and $16 for self parking. |
