Workshop objectives − This workshop will provide food service staff with skills to operate efficient, up-to-date child nutrition programs that meet current regulations and guidance.
Who should attend? − This workshop is designed as "Train the Trainer" sessions. Presentations will be provided on the web. Please limit attendees to food service directors and kitchen managers.
Continuing education − Five continuing education hours are available for professional standards.

DESE, FNS is announcing its Summer Workshop schedule for 2017. FNS welcomes food service directors, managers, and head cooks to set plans to attend! Topics will cover the latest regulations and trends and offer CEUs to help staff meet their professional standard requirements.
