The last day and a half of the Summer Institute is dedicated to Advanced Hazardous Waste Management, a separate course developed by Dale L. Brown, and now provided with the Introduction to Hazardous Waste Management course developed by Russell S. Hanson and Brent S. Mattox. Dale provides regulatory reviews together with specific discussions of the current trends and developments in the field of hazardous waste management. Consequently, the course is very topical and changes dynamically from year to year. Some of the discussions are lead by guest speakers.
