Terms:

50% deposit is due by 12/30/2011 to hold booth space. Balance is due by 1/31/2012. After 1/31/2012, deposit will be forfeited and booth will be sold to another exhibitor. Previous year exhibitors forfeit 2011 space if 2012 space is not reserved and deposit received prior to 12/31. Assignment of space will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All selections subject to approval and possible relocation by HBA.
