The presentation may include two presenters. Registration and two (2) nights shared lodging will be provided if each presenter facilitates a randomly selected session. Presenters are responsible for travel to and from the conference and for all materials/printing costs associated with their presentation. All correspondence will be sent to the lead presenter.
