Interface pre-registration is now closed.

You can still register for Interface by visiting the conference registration desk onsite at
the hotel. Check, credit card, or signed Purchase Order will be accepted onsite.

Interface Conference will be held as scheduled!

Inclement Weather Policy
As we all know, Missouri weather is unpredictable. Since Interface is scheduled during the month of February,
attendees must be prepared for inclement weather. Many participants are housed outside the main lodge, so be prepared for the weather if you have to wait outside lodging rooms and meeting places.

Our fiscal commitment to the hotel and various conference vendors is calculated by the number of registered
attendees. No refunds will be issued for reasons related to inclement weather after the registration deadline of
February 11, 2016.

Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and received by 5:00 p.m. February 11, 2016. No refunds will be issued, for any reason, after the conference registration deadline of February 11, 2016. You are welcome to send a substitute.

Dear 2016 Interface Presenter,

Please find attached the enrollment numbers for your session(s) for 2016 Interface A and/or B to aid you in preparing handouts and materials. As the presenter, you must provide your own laptop, LCD projector and computer speakers if needed. This information was stated in the proposal submission process as well as in your emailed proposal acceptance letter.

All meeting rooms will be set with two 8 foot, skirted tables and a screen.
