Lodging Registration
To reserve lodging, submit your reservation by January 9, 2008 online through the following hotel link http://cwp.marriott.com/wasdt/50thannualmaizegeneticsco/ at the meeting website. The listed prices include room, taxes, and meals from Wednesday night through Sunday breakfast. Per-person rates are as follows: single, $1,827.80; double, $1,395.22; triple, $1,251.00; quad, $1,178.81. Please note that we will have funds available to reimburse students, but the amount of the subsidy is not known at this time (see below for filing for Student Financial Aid). If you need to locate a roommate, please do so before submitting your lodging registration. A roommate link will be posted on the meeting web site.
Please note that EVERYONE must register with the hotel even if you are sharing a room. This will enable us to get an accurate number of attendees. It is also important as your room charge is bundled with the conference charges and meal plan. Click here to view a PDF of room and conference charges.
