Students
We are soliciting federal grants and industry donations to partially cover room and meal costs for all graduate students and for those undergraduates who are the first author and presenter of a poster or talk. The subsidy will be applied to the cost of lodging and meals at the Marriott. You will be notified by email of the amount of the subsidy about two weeks prior to the meeting.
To apply, students must:
- Make a reservation at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel (credit card will not be charged until checkout).
- Complete the online meeting registration form; be sure to indicate your student status and include the requested information about your advisor (do not include payment).
