Group Registration:
When registering a GROUP of people, please complete one form per person, total the fees on each form, then put payment information for the entire group on ONE form only. Please mail or fax all registration forms together.

MU faculty and students use this form

University of Missouri Faculty & Students Only:
MU faculty and students may pay by credit card, check, PO or ISE by downloading the faculty/student form. Send your form via campus mail by February 28th to

The general public may register for the Conference online, by fax, phone or mail by using the following instructions:

    Download PDF document to your computer, print the document, complete all information then fax to 573-882-1953. Please include credit card information or a signed purchase order with your faxed form.

NOTE: To qualify for the Member Rate, you need to be a member of the Missouri Association of Publications. If you are not currently a member but would like to join, please proceed now with Summit registration at the member discount rate. Then, be sure to visit http://www.missouripublications.org/html/join.html to apply for your MAP membership today. To qualify for the lower multiple-registrant rates for the Summit, more than one individual must be registered from the same publication.

*By registering you give permission to distribute your name and contact information to conference attendees and vendors. If you prefer not to be included in these distributed lists, submit a written statement requesting that your name and contact information to be omitted. Please fax to 573-882-1953 or email muconf2@missouri.edu NO LATER than February 15, 2008.*

Summit Refund Policy
Registration fees, minus a $25 processing fee, can be refunded if a written request is received by the MU Conference Office by Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008. Send requests to MAP Publishing Summit 348 Hearnes Center Columbia MO 65211; fax to 573-882-1953; or email to muconf2@missouri.edu.

No refunds will be authorized after this date, but substitutions are permitted. Full payment of fees will be expected from registrants who are unable to attend the conference but fail to notify the MU Conference Office in writing.
