You must be a member to take advantage of the discounted Summit registration rates.  If you would like to join or renew your membership, please visit MAP’s website to use a credit card or contact MAP for an invoice.

NEW REGISTRATION OPTIONS FOR 2010:

  • The Publishing Summit option is the traditional, 24-hour, Thursday afternoon through Friday Afternoon Summit that has been offered every year.  This option does not include the Thursday pre-conference seminar. 
  • The Thursday Pre-Conference Seminar is independent of the traditional 24-hour Publishing Summit.  You may register for this seminar independently, with your Summit registration, or as a Thursday only package (see next bullet).  The pre-conference seminar is from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.

  • The Thursday ONLY registration option begins with the pre-conference at 9:00 a.m. and ends after the Ranly Awards Banquet (about 10:30 p.m.)

  • You may choose to attend only the Ranly Awards Banquet.  You may also purchase a guest ticket(s) for the Ranly Awards Banquet.
REGISTRATION METHODS:
  • You may register by phone, fax or mail only. 

Due to the complexity of the registration options and the limits of the online registration system, online registration is not available this year.

GROUP REGISTRATION:
  • You may take advantage of the discounted group registration rate if you are registering three (3) or more people from the same organization or company at the same time.

  • Please complete one registration form for each person in your group.  As each registration may vary, be sure to enter the total amount due on each registration form.

  • Submit one method of payment for all registrations.  Send all forms together.
JOURNALISM FACULTY AND STUDENTS:
  • Journalism Faculty and students who want to attend the Reception and Ranly Awards Banquet and/or the Friday Annual Meeting Luncheon must purchase a catering ticket(s) by completing a registration form and submitting it with payment by mail or fax (if using a credit card). 

  • Journalism Faculty and students are not required to register for the Publishing Summit and are invited to attend workshop sessions at no charge.  Please visit the registration desk at the conference site to sign in before attending sessions.  This complimentary registration does not include tickets to the Reception and Ranly Awards Banquet, or the Friday Annual Meeting Luncheon.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the conference, in writing, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. 
No refunds will be given after March 9, 2010.
