Conference Lodging:
The conference will be held at the Ramada Oasis Hotel and Convention Center located in Springfield, Missouri on November 14-16, 2012. Driving directions can be found online at http://www.ramadaoasis.com/. Parking at the Oasis is complimentary. Conference participants are responsible for making their own lodging reservations. A block of rooms has been held at the hotel. When making reservations, mention the MELL - English Language Conference for our room block and special conference room rates. Please make reservations by November 1, 2012 for our room block.
Full conference registration includes continental breakfast, lunch and breaks on Wednesday and Thursday and continental breakfast and break on Friday.
Substitution/Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend and wish to send a substitute, please contact Debbi Haskamp at (573) 882-4038. Your substitute will need to complete a new registration form indicating the substitution. Any substitutions received after November 9, 2012 will be processed on-site at the registration desk. A $50 fee will be applied to any cancellation received after October 19, 2012. You must provide a written request to the MU Conference Office for substitutions or cancellations.
