Exhibits and Resources
The exhibit area will be located near registration and session meeting rooms and refreshment breaks will be served in this location daily. Exhibit / display size is 8’x10’ furnished with (1) 6’ draped table and 2 chairs. Please indicate on registration form if electricity is required. NOTE: no security will be provided and is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Deadline for registration is April 2, 2012 and if possible, exhibitors are requested to provide a door prize for the closing brunch.

All exhibits should be removed at the close of the wine and cheese reception
Exhibit Fees and Registration
$300 - each booth includes (1) full registration, .
$415 - for 2 booth spaces; $615 for 3 booth spaces
$155 - Not-For-Profit exhibitor booth space; $215 for 2 booth spaces (limit of 6 will be accepted).
$75 - Additional representatives
