Registration
The Conference will be held at the Hilton at the Ballpark St. Louis, located on the corner of Market Street and Broadway in the heart of the city. Please see the lodging page for more information on getting to St. Louis.
Please complete all the information on the registration form. Please note a shuttle bus will be available to transport participants from the Hotel to the Missouri Botanical Gardens on Monday evening. In order to plan enough space please be sure to note if you will need the shuttle service. Additional dinner tickets are available for spouses and guests for $80, please fill out the appropriate area on the registration form.
Registration fee is $275/person and includes admission to all education sessions, meals, the Monday evening event and all materials.
Late Fee/Refund Policy
Please register before June 1, 2008. All registration that are received after this date will be subject to a $50.00 late fee.
We will refund your registration fee if the MU Conference Office received your written request by June 1, 2008. We will not make refunds after this date.
