The Conference will be held at the Hilton at the Ballpark St. Louis, located on the corner of Market Street and Broadway in the heart of the city. The hotel is just steps away from the new Busch Stadium, the Riverfront, restaurants, and all of downtown's major attractions. Conference participants attending the NASULGC North Central Region Mini-Land Grant Meeting are responsible for making their own hotel reservations by calling the Hilton on the Ballpark St. Louis, One South Broadway, St. Louis, MO; 1-877-845-7354. Please reference the NASULGC - Mini-Land Grant Conference to receive the special rate of $106 plus tax per night for single/double occupancy. Reservations are guaranteed if made by Sunday, June 1, 2008, and then on a space-available basis until the conference date.
Standard guest check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 12:00 noon.
The Hilton at the Ballpark does have valet parking in the garage attached to the hotel. Self-parking is located across the street at the Stadium East parking garage. The conference is offered a special rate of $18 for valet parking and $11 for self parking.
Getting to St. Louis:
St. Louis, Missouri's Lambert International Airport (http://www.lambert-stlouis.com) is a hub for American Airlines and a major destination for Southwest Airlines. Metrolink:
MetroLink is St. Louis' light rail system. It is located on the upper level of the Main Terminal at Exit Main Terminal 1 and the East Terminal through the parking garage on all levels. Operating daily from 5 a.m. til' midnight with tickets priced at $3.50 for an adult two hour pass, $1.75 for seniors, customers with disabilities and children under 12. Children under 5 ride for free. The MetroLink will take you directly downtown. You may depart at the Stadium Station Step or 8th and Pine Station. The hotel is located at the corner of Walnut and S. Broadway.
Trans Express Transportation:
Provides shared van service to Downtown hotels. Purchase tickets and board at: Main Terminal, Exit Main Terminal 12; East Terminal, Exit ; East Terminal 12. Tickets are $15.00 one way, $25.00 round trip.
Advanced reservation limousine/van services are available for transportation to your destination in St. Louis and surrounding Missouri / Illinois locations

Rental Cars:
Airport/On-site: Rental car counters are located between Exits Main Terminal 17 and Main Terminal 12, lower level, Main Terminal. Airport/Off-site: Call toll free near Exits Main Terminal 17 and Main Terminal 12 in Main Terminal. Rental car shuttle vans pick-up outside Exit Main Terminal 17 or in the East Terminal outside Exit East Terminal 12. Please note that self-service parking at the Renaissance Grand will be $9/day. Charges will vary at other hotels.
