Meals
The conference registration fee does not include meals. There are two author lunches available at an additional $25 fee each. For participants not attending the Author’s Luncheon, you will have ample time to secure lunch at locations at or near Tan Tar A.

After October 19, 2012 a $25 additional fee will be added to the one and two day fees. 

Autographing Sessions
Don’t miss your opportunity to buy books by our featured authors and have them autographed! Check your conference materials and signs posted by the registration desk for the autographing session schedule.

Exhibitors:
Participants will be able to browse exhibits inside Tan-Tar-A on both days. Times for browsing the exhibits are found in the conference schedule. Exhibits open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. each day.

Refund Policy
We would be happy to refund your registration fee if your written request is received by the MU Conference Office by October 19, 2012. You will be held responsible for payment on purchase orders and invoices unless cancelled in writing by October 19, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date; however, substitutions are welcome. Please contact the MU Conference Office at (573) 882-9554 for information on sending a substitution.

Weather Policy
The Missouri Early Learning Conference will be held regardless of weather conditions, and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.  We regret that we must adhere strictly to this policy.
