The MU Conference Office staff understands that each conference is unique. For each conference, we design an individualized service package that will articulate conference goals and objectives, create a comprehensive marketing plan and determine the best site. In addition, we can assist with the program accreditation and certification.

Fiscal services provided by the MU Conference Office can include:
• Determining a budget and break even cost
• Maintaining up-to-date information on all income and expenses
• Collecting all registration fees, providing receipts and registration confirmations for participants
• Arranging contract bids for goods and services and purchasing all conference supplies and paying all expenses according to
   the budget
• Preparing a comprehensive financial report at the close of the conference which includes itemization of all
   income and expenses
