Registration
Registration will be handled by the MU Conference Office. Checks should be made payable to the UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI. Early registration will be available until April 15, 2010. After this date, full registration fees will apply. On-site registration is discouraged.

Registration Fees:

• Early Bird Registration- $315.00 (Until May 7)
• Regular Registration- $340.00 (After May 7)
• Student Registration- $200.00
• Post-Doc Registration- $250.00

How to Register:

1. Register online by clicking here (credit card or purchase order).
   If you choose the purchase order payment option please fax your purchase order within five business days to (573) 882-1953 attention Rhonda Clayton.

2. Mail in completed form, (Make check or money order payable to University of Missouri, include credit card number or copy of purchase order).

Meals
Participants will be on their own for meals other than for the planned banquet. There are also fast food venues available on campus. A number of restaurants are within walking distance of campus.

Parking
Limited on-campus parking will be made available at the Virginia Avenue Garage at a cost of $12 per week. The hangtag for parking will be sent to you with your registration receipt. Anyone registering after May 28, 2010 will need to pick up the tag at the Symposium registration area and return to their car with the hangtag. To avoid receiving a parking ticket, you must park in the designated garage and avoid restricted parking spaces such as handicap.
