NCCEA Regional Directors Conference will be at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel St. Louis (Sheraton Clayton Hotel) on September 7-9, 2011. The Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel offers contemporary luxury in upscale Clayton, St. Louis County’s hub of corporate business.  Spacious, newly refurbished rooms include complimentary in-room high speed internet; 24-hour fitness center, heated indoor pool and seasonal sun deck.  The hotel is a short stroll to Clayton’s renowned boutiques, galleries and restaurants and minutes to the city’s top attractions. There are 75 restaurants and shops and 5 art galleries all within walking distance.

Shuttle service and Metro Link - St. Louis Lambert International Airport is 9 miles from the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel.  The hotel provides complimentary shuttle to and from the Airport and the Metro Link (which is just 1 ½ blocks away) from 5:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week.   The Metro Link Light Rail (http://www.metrostlouis.org/Default.aspx) offers guest an inexpensive convenient way to take the Metro from the airport ($2.25 one way) and to see St. Louis attractions.  The Saint Louis Zoo, Forest Park, Art & History Museums and Missouri Botanical Gardens are just a short 5 minute drive by car or Metro Link.           

Driving – From Lambert-St. Louis Airport - Take Interstate 70 East to Interstate 170 South and exit at Forest Park Parkway.  Take the Central Ave. exit ramp to Bonhomme Ave and turn right.  The hotel is two blocks ahead on the right.

Parking - Valet parking is $14 or self-parking is $10.  Parking garage is located adjacent to hotel.

Lodging
Please make your hotel reservations by calling the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel St. Louis at 314.863.0400 or 314.863.8513. The conference rate is $110 single queen/per night.  This rate is available 3 days before and after the conference.  When calling to reserve your room, be sure to mention that you are booking within the NC Regional Extension Directors Meeting block.  Reservation requests must be received by August 7, 2011, in order to receive the conference rate.  Please note that it is possible that the block can sell out prior to this date so we encourage you to book your room early.

The Sheraton Clayton Plaza hotel is sold out.

There is another room block at the Crowne Plaza Clayton Hotel (they are located one block over from the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel and their parking garage sits right across the street from the Sheraton’s front entrance).  They will honor the same rate of $110/night.  Participants should call 1-800-439-5719 and ask for the NCCEA room block. This block is available until August 26th unless sold out prior to this time.  If flying into St. Louis and needing the airport shuttle – please call 314-726-5400 upon arrival to arrange.
