There are two ways to register for the Summer Institute:

To register on-line, please click here to enter the registration system.
Chaperones, Faculty and MIPA Officers must register by fax or mail.
The registration system consists of a series of seven (7) web pages. Please follow the instructions provided on each page. After you click the Submit button on the Mizzou Lockbox Pending Transaction page, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email (typically within 24 hours).

You must fill out the Indemnification form when registering, click here to download a PDF of the Indemnification form.
