2009 VCS Exhibit Space
Registration Information

Exhibitors at the VCS 2009 Conference will be located either just outside of the meeting rooms in the foyer, with overflow booths located in the the adjoining ballroom alongside the posters. All continental breakfasts as well as morning and afternoon breaks will be located inside of the overflow exhibitor room.

Move-In: Set-Up on Friday, October 16, 2006; actual time TBD and will be determined based on actual location
Load-Out: Tear Down on Sunday, October 18, 2009 no earlier than 4:10 pm
Exhibit Hours:
  • Friday, October 16th from 6 pm to 9 pm (optional).
    (Some exhibitors will not be able to set up until later in the evening. Actual time to be determined.)
  • Saturday, October 17th from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Sunday, October 18th from 8 am to 4:10 pm
Space:
  • Single booths include ONE six-foot table and two chairs
  • Double booths include TWO six-foot tables and four chairs
Cost:
  • Single Booth $825.00
  • Double-Booth $1,075.00
  • Electricity $135.00

Included:
  • Two representatives are allowed for single booths
