Conference Fees
The registration fee includes meals and refreshments. 

            • $130  EARLY REGISTRATION (includes t-shirt; must be postmarked by October 13, 2017)
            • $160  REGULAR REGISTRATION (beginning October 14, 2017)

    5. Return completed registration form with payment as directed on the form. NOTE: Credit Card payments will NOT be accepted by e-mail.

Cancellation policy:
We will refund your registration fee, less a $25 processing fee, if the MU Conference Office receives your written request by October 23, 2017.  No refunds will be processed after this date; however, substitutions are welcome.
