How to Register

Presenters DO NOT register online or use this form.
A Presenter Registration form will be emailed to you.

Register ONE TIME only.
If you register online do not send or fax another registration form in.
If you mail or fax your registration, do not register online.
You MUST send your purchase order after registering.

Registration Fees:

• Pre-Conference Registration (Thursday-includes lunch) - $114.00
• Post-Conference Registration(Saturday-lunch not provided) - $49.00
• Full Conference Registration - $234.00 (includes breakfast Friday and Saturday and lunch Friday, three keynote speakers, and all breakout sessions. Fee does not include pre- or post-conference sessions, evening banquet or evening keynote speaker.)
• Friday Evening Keynote with Dinner- $39.00 ea.
• Friday Evening Keynote Only - $19.00 ea.
• Friday Only Registration - $169.00 (excludes dinner and evening keynote)
• Saturday Only Registration - $75.00
• Full-time University Student Rate - $75.00 (meals included)

Cancellation Policy:
We will refund your registration fee if the MU Conference Office receives your written request by February 11, 2010. You are responsible for payment on purchase orders unless cancelled in writing by February 11, 2010. We will make no refunds after this date, but substitutions are welcome.

By registering, you give your permission to distribute your name and contact information to conference attendees and vendors. If you prefer not to be included in these distributed lists, include a written request with your registration for your contact information to be omitted.
